Hebei Chunfeng Casting Co., Ltd. is a modern casting enterprise who mainly produces auto security castings. As the subordinate enterprise of Top 500 Chinese enterprise - Chunfeng Industrial Group, the company is located in eastern side of Xihuan North Road, Jizhou City. The transportation is convient and there are 384 employees. The main products are the security castings for automobile discs, including steering knuckle, brake caliper, flywheel, brake disc, differential shell, reducing shell. We also produce compressor castings. The annual output is about 35,000 tons. We have passed ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ASME and so on. We have been awarded as good Chinese casting producing company, and came into Top 100 China’s casting enterprises.

We have great development plan, we’d like to spend ¥ 160 million to cover an area of 400 acres and build 6 international advanced casting lines, including 4 Janpan horizontal molding lines, 2 Denmark vertical shaping disamatic lines. The annual output will be 220 thousand tons with the annual sales income of ¥ 230 million after rebuilding. The first ¥ 27 million has been put into the workshop building with an area of 12,420 m², covering 80 acres, with one Japan New Line has been put into work.
